Edmond Oklahoma Wine and Dine News!
Quick update on some Edmond Oklahoma news I saw coming across my desk this morning at RE/MAX. It's about one of my favorite local restaurants and some expansion plans in the works. Even better, it serves one of my favorite communities in the OKC Metro area.
EDMOND Oklahoma will be getting a new Ludivine restaurant location!
The owners, Jonathon Stranger and Russ Johnson of Ludivine and R&J Supper Club in Midtown, have revealed details for an ambitious new restaurant and bar in a historic downtown Edmond building. I love the location in OKC, but it's nice to have easy access for my friends and clients who live in Edmond, Oklahoma to be able to enjoy this very unique and exceptional locally owned restaurant.
The plan is to locate the Ludivine inspired Edmond location at 101 West 2nd Street in Edmond, Oklahoma. It will seat about 70 people and the plan is to also take advantage of the nice weather in Oklahoma and have a covered patio for light dining and cocktails, wine and general fun libations.
I'm not familiar with the wood treatment idea they have planned for the structure which they describe as shou sugi ban siding as a timber treatment, but I'l bet it will be attractive and functional to their plans to establish a quality dining spot in Edmond.
There's even going to be a Farmer's Market right next door for availability of fresh and local natural ingredients for the meals served there at Ludivine Edmond.
The name has not been determined for this Ludivine owner restaurant, but if Ludivine is any predictor of success and dining pleasure, then you'll know they will name and brand it appropriately.
Can't wait to see how this develops! If you can't wait to experience it, then head on over to the existing locations for their fine restaurant fare. Check out the fun and dining excellence at R&J Supper Club in Midtown and Ludivine in Downtown OKC and get prepared for similar dining excellence in Edmond, Oklahoma soon!
